Heavily involved in telecom since 1984 when the UK telecoms market was first liberalised and BT Plc was formed. Martin has worked at both small dealer level and within multi-nationals such as Cable & Wireless in N Ireland before co-founding Rainbow Communications in 1999.
A former head of Orange in Northern Ireland, Eric started as an apprentice telecoms engineer. He was the first engineer in a long established sales-orientated company to be appointed general manager. Since then he has established Rainbow as Northern Ireland's largest independent telecoms provider having formed it 1999 with Martin Hamill.
Stuart started as part of the Orange mobile sales team before joining Rainbow over 10 years ago. Working his way up through the company, from new sales through to account management, Stuart headed the Account Management Team for 4 years. His thorough knowledge of both Rainbow and the industry means he has now been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing.
Noreen has been working with Rainbow for over 10 years and is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all financial, human resources and admin functions within Rainbow ensuring customers continue to receive an unrivalled level of service.
Uel has worked in the customer service industry for nearly 25 years. For
15 years he worked for British Airways, before moving into the telecoms
industry, including a period in Asia with Telecom Malaysia. He was appointed
Director of Customer Care and Operations at Rainbow Communications in 2013 and
his role is to ensure all customer service enquiries are handled to the highest
in Vodafone direct in Northern Ireland for eight years, Paul joined Rainbow
Communications in May 2012 as Business Development Manager. With his vast
knowledge of the mobile industry, he was appointed Local Area Sales Manager in 2013.
His role includes strategic sales planning and implementation.
Having worked in the telecoms industry since leaving school, David uses his extensive experience to identify new opportunities for customers whilst formatting new sales strategies and putting together tender proposals. David has completed the Miller Heiman Business Development, Large Account Management Process and Management Track, and has been elected as a Fellow Member by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
In 1985 Barry started his career in the telecoms industry as an apprentice engineer. He has obtained a vast and varied experience in the telecoms industry, gained from a variety of positions within both the private and public sectors, including such multi-national companies as Cable & Wireless and Siemens. Barry joined Rainbow in 2007 to establish and head a new telephone systems division within the business.
Danny has extensive
experience in the telecoms industry, having worked in the sector in Northern
Ireland for over ten years. He joined Rainbow Communications in 2008 and worked
his way up through the account management team. He was appointed Head of the Business
Account Management Team in 2013 and helps manage Rainbow Communications’ 5,500
business customers across the UK and Ireland.
the sales industry since 1997, Carol has headed up a variety of sales teams
throughout the province, including NTL and RIAS, where she was responsible for
over 250 agents. Carol joined Rainbow Communications in 2014 where her role is
to deliver and
implement an effective outbound strategy to drive sales growth amongst
businesses across the UK and Ireland.
